Attorney Robert B. Noggle began his career in private practice in Portland, Oregon. He transitioned to corporate practice serving as General Counsel for two different commercial asset-based lenders. Robert also worked to increase profitability for a privately held company that was first acquired by a subsidiary of the utility – Washington Water Power, and then by Textron Financial – a Fortune 500 company. He served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Since moving to Las Vegas in 1999, Robert has worked with several title companies and businesses involved with the real estate industry.
He is a frequent continuing education instructor for the real estate industry on the topics of Short Sales, Nevada Law & Legislation, and Internal Revenue Code 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges. He has also presented educational programs at the Lied Real Estate Institute, the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, to attorneys, and CPAs. Robert has also published a number of articles in various real estate industry publications.
A graduate of the University of Oregon, Mr. Noggle obtained his Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland. He was a staff member of Environmental Law Review and published a comment concerning an innovative municipal energy conservation ordinance. Mr. Noggle was admitted to practice law in the State of Oregon in 1980 and the State of Nevada in 2009.
